A Secret of Happiness

Have you ever felt tired, anxious, and sleepy? Have you ever had depression? I am sure that your answer will be “yes”. But how can  you reduce stress?
In my opinion, the most effective way is to travel. When you are in bad mood, feel that you are close to tears, because of your uneasy life just pack your bags and suitcases, chose some interesting place and go. If you try, you will see that this method is efficacious.
You may ask me why I think so. Personally I forgot about all my troubles, feel calm and that I am over the moon when I visit some new city or county. Moreover, I really take an interest in travelling. I explore new places, meet new people, try their cuisine and acquaint with their culture. Especially when I find some interesting and beautiful new place, I feel that my heart is pounding, I am ecstatic and overjoyed. In that moment, my heart tell me that it is right decision.  Moreover, in that time I understand that, our life is short and I need to live my live for the fullest, to  be open up with new people, to enjoy all fields of my life. We all should do it if we want to be happy. We should take pleasure of our breakfast, our lessons, meeting with our groupmates and friend and so on. Just stop complaining about life and pay attention that we are alive, young and healthy. Moreover, traveling is the best way to improve it.
I can give you some piece of advice. Stop focusing on problems and try to wind up, try to be positive, to cheer up and never give up. What is more, travel around the world. Because it is so beautiful and there are so many places to visit. If you follow these rules, you will be happy.

  1. I like your advice, as even while reading the post I cheer up a little bit. Travelling is a good way to calm down and forget about misfortunes. I'd like to add that by disclosing our feelings we'll be relieved and more enthusiastic. We shouldn't waste our time in being in a black mood.

  3. I like Julia`s advice according to reduce stress. As for me travelling associated with great changes, as you get acquainted with many new people, broaden your outlook, learning customs and traditions of new country or city. Furthermore, you forget all your troubles as then train of your thoughts is about pleasant and ecstatic of your trip.

  4. I can`t disagree with you and with girls as well! When I have an opportunity to visit a new place I am as happy as a day is long! You can never tell what will happen in the future, so it is unacceptable to bury your head into the sand. Leave your life to the fullest - that`s right :)
